The WASSP Online Portal is an extension of the WASSP Playbook effort. This second phase focused on developing a digital platform to help organize and orient the NAVY WASSP team long-term.

OPPORTUNITY
While the WASSP Playbook provides guidance to the warfighter as well as leadership, there was opportunity to expand this effort and develop a central living hub for all work in the WASSP space, including but not limited to the playbook.
OUTCOME
The portal site developed is intended to help the Navy WASSP team continue to develop and organize for long term success. This portal acts no only as a communication tool, but a central point for WASSP resources and scheduling.
Research & Development
The portal was developed through interviews, prototype development, site map, and user story development. Our team took an iterative approach to develop the user experience and capabilities for this experience. The current site is being developed in an annual release cycle.
